Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Shree Om Sai Packaging ("Shree Om Sai Packaging," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Orders

All orders for steel cable drums, spools, and related products are subject to acceptance by Shree Om Sai Packaging. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Product specifications, weights, and dimensions are provided as guidelines and may vary based on manufacturing tolerances.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted on a per-order basis and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order placement. Shree Om Sai Packaging reserves the right to modify prices with reasonable notice.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery schedules are estimated and not guaranteed. Shree Om Sai Packaging is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation disruptions, raw material shortages, or force majeure events.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Custom-manufactured drums and spools are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shree Om Sai Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alwar, Rajasthan.
